My Experience
Since 2017, I have been dedicated to helping individuals navigate their struggles with eating disorders, disordered eating, food issues, and body image concerns. My work spans a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers, private practice, and group therapy environments.
Using evidence-based treatments, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to feel seen, heard, and valued through my unbiased, warm, and empathetic approach. I understand that addressing these issues often requires a comprehensive support system. With extensive experience collaborating with dietitians, psychiatrists, and medical doctors, I can help you assemble a team of professionals tailored to support your recovery journey.
